Terms and Conditions – Fisherman for a Day
By booking and participating in our 1-Hour Fishing Tour (“the Tour”), you (“the Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.

All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

Group discounts or special arrangements must be confirmed in writing by the operator.
2. Tour Duration

The 1-Hour Fishing Tour includes travel to and from the fishing spot.

Punctual arrival is required. Late arrivals will result in shortened tour time; no extensions or refunds will be provided.

Timing will be strictly observed to accommodate other scheduled trips.
3. Safety & Conduct
-
Participants must follow all safety instructions from the guide, boat captain, or tour staff.

Life jackets will be provided and must be worn when instructed or upon request.
-
Each participant is responsible for their own safety throughout the tour.

Excessive alcohol consumption, unruly behavior, or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

The operator reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for misconduct.

Any damage to equipment, boats, or property due to negligence will be charged to the responsible individual(s).
4. Equipment & Activities

Fishing gear and necessary equipment will be provided by the operator.

Participants may bring personal fishing equipment, but the operator is not responsible for any loss or damage.

All fishing must comply with local catch and release regulations.

Fish may be kept only upon approval by the guide and in accordance with local laws.

5. Weather & Cancellations

The tour is subject to weather and environmental conditions.
-
The operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour without prior notice for safety reasons.

In case of operator cancellation due to bad weather or force majeure,

No refunds will be issued.

Participants will be offered the next available reschedule date.

6. Liability

Participation in this fishing tour involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Slips, falls, sea conditions, and marine life.

The operator is not liable for injury, death, or property damage, except in cases of gross negligence.

Participants with medical conditions must notify the operator ahead of time and may need to provide medical clearance.
7. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own belongings.
-
The operator is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the tour.
8. Photography & Media
-
Photos and videos may be taken during the tour for promotional purposes.

By joining the tour, you consent to the use of your image, unless you notify the operator in advance that you do not wish to be photographed.
